ORDER AND PAYMENT
TERMS OF TRADE
Discount Print Deals offers only payment with order.No credit facilities are granted to customers.
PAYMENT WITH ORDER
Payment is required with the order. Your order will be processed after cleared funds are received in our Bank Account. You have the option of paying for your order online by Credit or Debit Cards - Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, you can pay offline by EFT or by calling our Accounts and paying by your credit or debit cards over the phone.
ORDER PROCESS
1.Online Ordering is the preferred option
1.1. If you are ordering a standard listed product, you can select the product from the Home page and complete the express checkout including uploading of files and online payment by credit card or debit card. This is the fastest order process.
1.2. If you wish, you can save your order (in your customer dashboard), and complete payment offline by EFT. Then proceed to upload your files.
1.3. If you wish, you can save your order (in your customer dashboard), call Accounts and pay by credit or debit cards over the phone. Then proceed to upload your files.
2. Custom Quotes
2.1. You can request a quote for any custom product by completing relevant details online on the Home page and submitting to us for calculating the cost of the job. We will then send the quote to your dashboard and email.
2.2. If you accept the quote, you can convert it to an order and proceed to make payment and upload files.
2.3. If you find our price is not competitive enough, you can request us to relook at our quote. We will then attempt to re-negotiate a better price for you if at all possible.
3. Order by email
3.1. If you prefer, you can order offline by email and send files by email.
3.2. You can pay by EFT and email receipt to our accounts, or
3.3. You can call our accounts and pay by credit card over phone.
